The struggle to pick the right LEGO is real! The toy category is over crowded and competitive during holiday season. Shopper insights confirmed that although LEGO is among the highest store visitors for toy category during the holidays, they struggled to convert users at the stage of finding the right LEGO product.
The Solution
From the insight above we firstly came up with simple product selector idea since LEGO has tons of products and the customer is struggling to select right one at Amazon. We added "Fun Shopping" point where the customer can select multiple needs and find&compare their right product by swiping. If they like a product this can be directly added to cart or shared between purchasers.
